Excellent! Although Dad only lives a minute away, when he had 2 falls in 1 week he couldn’t get up and ring me so was on the floor for several hours. He now wears the pendant and I can be straight there for any problems. It was easy to set up and now we both have peace of mind. Delivery was fast, well packed and an excellent price. Would definitely recommend.
