About this provider

Our Support will enable CARERS to:
-Continue in their employment
-Meet up with friends
-Have days and evenings out
-Pursue their hobbies and interests
-Take weekend breaks
-Go shopping/shopping trips
And generally enabling them to continue with other aspects of their lives that would otherwise be neglected.

We will provide the cared for person with:
-Companionship
-Arrange appointments i.e G.P, Hospital Chiropodist
-Accompany to health appointments and to the Barbers and Hairdressers
-Help with reading
-Participate in hobbies and crafts
-Visits to neighbours and friends
-Attend clubs or meetings
-Trips out i.e to the local coffee shop, park, garden centres.
-Provide indoor activity
-Life-story work
-Reminisce about the past
-Watch t.v./films
-Accompany to places of worship
-Accompany to Theaters and other places of interest

We actively encourage the cared for person to remain as active as is reasonably possible.

We also provide home help for those who are no long able to complete everyday jobs, such as:
-Prepare meals
-Home help support if the carer is unable to complete these tasks
-Collect prescriptions
-Provide light housework
-Help with washing and ironing
-Make beds and change bed linen
-Organise wardrobe and cupboards
-Meal preparation and tidy up
-Check food expiry dates
-Prepare shopping list
-Help with general shopping

We also provide personal Care, including:
-Help with bathing
-Assist with dressing
-Provide grooming
-Help with incontinence care
-Assist with
-Eating
-Dementia care
-Provide medication reminders
-Assist with morning wake ups
-Assist with evening bedtimes

Our services are available Monday to Sunday 7am to 10.30pm. This also includes bank holidays.

Office hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, out of hours, Sundays and bank holidays we are available on the mobile contact number.

We cover the West London and Middlesex area and ten miles within this radius.
