Our service provides a range of tailor made support for the elderly, physical and learning difficulties. We carefully select our homecare staff based solely upon their suitability for the post and encourage applicants from all ages, representing different ethnicity and with different religious beliefs.

We provide a 24hrs service for temporary and permanent service users. Through our vagarious training and introduction programme, we ensure that the staff will achieve positive outcomes to promote good service which meet our aims and objectives and working to the highest standards of CQC (Care Quality Commissions).

We aim to provide our clients with a comprehensive service of care to the highest quality within their own home environment. We treat each client with the respect and remain sensitive to his/her individual needs and abilities and aim to promote and maintain the client’s independent and personal dignity.

In the first instance, we provide a first home visit to undertake an assessment in order to identify the needs of any potential clients. Our home visit is a no obligation free of charge visit, in which we undertake an assessment in order to identify the needs of potential clients.
