Outward has been supporting people with Learning Disabilities and Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD) for over 40 years.

We offer the following services:

• Floating and Outreach support
• Registered Residential Care in Waltham Forest
• Supported Living Services in Bromley, Camden, Hackney, Haringey, Islington, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest
• ASD Specialist Services
• The Hub Club in Hackney
• Volunteer Club
• Activity Breaks

Outward uses iPlanit to help the people we support better plan their use of our Learning Disability and ASD services. iPlanit is an interactive online support planning tool that puts the people we support in control of how their support and care are provided. For them it is about actively managing their lives and the things that they do.
