The organisation provides carers a chance to learn relaxation techniques and approaches which help them cope better with stress. Carers are supported through residential and day events teaching skills in stress management and providing a context for mutual support for carers.

Our cancellation policy is flexible because of the nature of caring but 20% of the fee will be retained if cancellation takes place less than 24 hours before the break starts.
