Social care company providing community, residential, day service, respite and supported living support for vulnerable adults with a Learning Disability (including supporting individuals' whose behaviour may challenge us), Autism, Acquired Brain Injury and Older Adults. We have 9 service sites that are situated in Worthing, Horsham, Mid Sussex and Crawley. We currently provide community support to individuals living in Horsham, Crawley and Mid Sussex however, we are open to referrals from across West Sussex. We are committed to providing quality and meaningful support that is bespoke to each individual. As such, we offer our staff a comprehensive training programme that is provided by our in-house trainers and external trainers and reflects the needs of our customer group.
