About this provider

Our person-centred approach
We have a warm and friendly team who enjoy getting to know each resident’s needs and their hobbies and interests. It means we can tailor our care to each individual. For example, all of the activities we offer at the care home are based around residents’ lifelong hobbies as well as other things they tell us they like doing.

Franklin House residents can get involved in a range of activities from art classes to reading clubs and enjoy performances from the musicians and professional entertainers who regularly come to visit. We also enjoy going on regular outings with our residents to the cinema, nearby parks around West Drayton, as well as attractions further into London or around the home counties. What makes Franklin House special?
At our care home in West Drayton, we put our residents at the centre of everything we do and believe they should be free to see their friends and family whenever they want. Visitors can pop in to the home whenever they like, and we’ve also installed Skype on a computer so that residents can stay in touch with loved ones wherever they are in the world.

Our dedicated team regularly hold wonderful events for residents. Our 1950s cream tea afternoon went down a treat with residents. We paid tribute to the era with golden oldies sung by Martyn Halsey, as well as enjoying tea and cakes with friends and family and a visit from a local councillor.
