Harmony is a supported living service in Barnsley, providing tailored support packages to individuals aged 18-25 with mental health needs. Our vision is for our service users to progress with the right support package in place ensuring a safe, sustainable return to living independently in the community, producing an alternative to the revolving door.

We provide-

- Bespoke living accommodation in a comfortable environment within walking distance of Barnsley town centre and all essential amenities.
- Outreach services for those individuals already in their own homes.
- Support to encourage social intervention and recovery designed to develop living skills, confidence and independence.
- Encourage positive relationships and personal responsibilities by increasing self esteem.
-Assistance with medication compliance

Provide a 24 hour on call system and 24 hour cover for those on transitional leave from hospital or secure unit. Offer a range of bespoke living accommodation to meet the needs of our service users.
